I purchased what was suppose to be a Vegan Leather jacket called "Ride or Die Vegan Leather Jacket" It arrived quickly however this is the most cheapest looking LEATHER jacket. Honestly I don't think it's even leather. The jacket has this shine & looks plastic, it also looks like a beginner seamstress put this jacket together. Literally there's thread hanging from everywhere. What you see in the pic posted for advertisement is NOT what you get. The collar looks matted too. I paid a little over $100 for a jacket that should have been $20 the most smh I'm sending this back for a complete refund. This jacket also runs really small. Here's the funny part of shopping at Akira they monitor ALL reviews sooo any negative reviews will NOT be posted. Which makes sense now on why almost all of their items have little to NO REVIEWS.

Order a pair of shoes online and my order was delivered today from someone in looks to be a employee personal car and the guys throw my merchandise over the gate as if it was trash couldn't believe it watching him on my camera. My son went out and approached him with disappointment and he never apologized and drive off. I'll never order anything else from you guys very unprofessional and disappointing on how you guys are allowing employees and their personal cars deliver and treat merchandise that customers purchased be handled with no care for the customers experience.

Cheap clothes

Yes they have some cute clothes but they are overpriced and cheap material I got sandals the first day the diamonds split open not even one day I got to wear them and my 2 piece outfit diamonds came off again only one day I got to wear it and then my dress the zipper split and now the dress is ruined everything I got from there I only have one thing left and that's the underwear never again will I shop here again and they force you to have to spend the money right back into the store they know there clothes are cheap that's why you can only get store credit i just couldn't believe how much I spent and I have nothing to show because all of it fell apart before I could even really wear it

SHOP AKIRA

This is my go to company when I have any type of upcoming event and I want to be dressed differently than everyone else. I have never had a problem with delivery or sizing. I always pay for 2 day shipping tracking is updated regularly and always receive items on time. I have never had to contact customer service so I cannot personally speak to that. Overall 10/10 I love this company and how they stay ahead of the fashion curve you will NOT see any of these items on Fashion Nova.

No Warning

Some Items aren't returnable - which is understandable. But they don't tell you that when you buy it. You can go read into their returns section which nobody does. There is no warning when you check out or on the listing. Cheaters.

Worst clothing site ever

I will never purchase from Akita again. This isnt a clothing site buh a fraudulent site where you pay over $1000 custom taxes for an order of $1200 to Canada.When the fault was from Akira by shipping two different boxes for one order and printing two different labels. I was charged $470 custom fees for each box which I refused to pay the second box. However, UPS sent it to a collection agency.Who in their right mind would want to pay such custom fees for an order. International buyers beware because there’s nothing they can do to help for being a loyal customer.Don’t shop @ Akira!!!

Second time happening

I shop with Akira from time to time and especially this year their customer service is horrible. Normally if things happen once, I let it go but twice is getting annoying. The first time I placed an order they stated that they shipped the item. I waited a whole week unable to track the item, only to call the customer service rep and she let me know that the item was out of stock and refunded my money instead of emailing me that the item is out-of-stock! They left me hanging and now the second time, still a whole week without any tracking update (when it shows shipped). I just hung up the phone with customer service and they told me to wait another week for tracking to be uploaded. I don't know what's going on but for sure I'm no longer going to be shopping with them! I DON'T CARE how cute clothes are, customer satisfaction is most important to me. Shop elsewhere with less frustration.

They are the BOMB!!!

My daughter and I just Purchased Over $600 worth of items from them and everything fit perfectly the clothes are good quality and your order shows up on time. They also have awesome sales and they have great communication. This is my new store I really love it!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

As soon as i placed my order I didn't receive a confirmation email, i called & emailed and when i did it said the same thing. Their mall box is full & too wait. Never got the dress. They took my 60 dollars.

Misrepresenting items sold. AND horrible customer service.

I made the mistake of ordering from this company for items for my birthday party. The items arrived very different than described. Im still struggling to get proper communication from customer service for a return. HORRIBLE experience. I advise others to shop elsewhere.

I’m Done w/ #ShopAkira

When I started shopping here and I spent $300 or more I was given 300 points towards a $15 store credit, I have over 600 points and now I’m only allowed $10 and use 500 points, a mess!!! I spoke with an agent and she copied and paste the information directly from the website instead of being an honorable company and giving me what I paid my money for. I will be unsubscribing from this company altogether once I use the reward I’ve accrued.

I will never order from this company…

I will never order from this company what a rip off. The boots I ordered was so cheap looking and to little. So I sent them back and it said if you use their shipping label they would deduct $7.95 from your balance. Lies they deducted $13.00 from me! This company is a whole joke!

I will never purchase from here

I will never purchase from here. They don’t accept returns at the store for money back. They only have store credit available. Also, if you send the item back to the warehouse, they charge you for the mail label which is $7.95. This store is milking from its customers. They don’t care about customers.
